LST2,sway bars & racing

Does anyone run sway bars on there lst2 while racing? I got mine truck setup pretty good right now and I just put bow ties on it and that made a huge improvement on the track. I already bought the sway bars and I would like to know what your running, the light or heavy bars front and rear.

I run light on the back and none on the front. I used to run light on front and back. Both worked well for me.

I run Light on both ends, they really help with reduce the tricycling into and out of the corners! It's all but eliminated the inside rear lifting under hard braking into a corner and has greatly reduced the amount the inside front lifts when accellerating hard out of a tight corner!

On my LST2 I use Heavy bars but I run on a very smooth track. Where as your track has alot of ruts and bumps use thin so it doesn't bounce all over the place.
