I have 2 male and 4 female plugs, I want to know if I can use female plugs on motors and a male on esc? My LHS is out of male female sets. I want to use the other male on my discharger.

You generally want to put the female side on the source and the male side on the load.
So, for batteries: female
input to ESC: male
output to motor: female
motor: male
Basically anything that GIVES power should be female and anything that NEEDS power should be male. This is to protect from shorting.
