There are no capacitors soldered on the speed gems 2... you need to solder them that are provided in the package... there should be 3... solder one on the negative motor tab to the ground tab... that's in the middle... next solder the other one to the positive tab and again to the ground tab... the third one should be soldered to the postive & negative motor tabs

Does anyone have a close-up pic of a Speed Gems 2 installed with no solder leads on a car or truck? I am not sure where all the connections are made and capacitors installed. Thanks in advance!!!

Heheh, I do like photography, but I am FAR from a pro ! I do have a pretty nice digicam though. Thanks for the (implied) compliment !

R_C_MAN, that pic was taken with a Nikon Coolpix 990 digital camera. It is a pretty good digicam. It does not do nearly as well as my MUCH older Kodak DC260 did with ultra close-ups though. The newest offering from Nikon is the the mighty Coolpix 995. It has a few improvements over my 990, but the CCD imager is identical.

Just wondering, but how much do these cameras go for?
