Diff problems with 64 pitch gears, need help!

I have an L3 oval version. I swithced over to 64p gears a few days ago, and the spur gear wobbles, I tightened the diff all the way down but It dosnt help. I think the diff balls are too big for this particular gear. I'm using 1/8" diff gears right now. Should I switch to 3/32" diff balls. That might make the problem go away. Any help is appreciated.

According to the Associated web site, they should be 1/8" diff. balls. Have you looked at your diff. plates? Maybe they're warped or maybe you just need a new spur gear.

TC3...some wobble in the spur gear is normal on a pan car. I wouldn't worry about it. If it didn't wobble then the diff washers would be rubbing on the spur and the diff wouldn't work properly.
