I guess they are getting a way from the "pro named" kits since the people the kits are named after have not won much lately. So they are going back to the "CR" naming scheme.

Not only that, you can't have a Matt Francis edition XXXT when he is mostly retired now. You can't have a Brian Kinwald edition XXX when he has been away from racing for about a year now due to illness. I think you will see them go with a more vanilla naming scheme now as they had in the past.

Losi had a history of naming their vehicles after drivers that dominated a certain class. The Kinwald XXX was due to the fact that Brian won everything on the planet with a buggy. Of course, he won almost every class anyway. The Drake XXXNT is their because Adam is known more for his nitro prowess. I doubt you will see Travis' name on anything. He has a bad track record of sticking it out with any company. Not only that, he is very inconsistent. Just my opinions.
