I am kind of new to RC raceing and just upgraded my charger to a millennium. It has alligator clips that connect it to the battery I have sanyo 2400's with Tamiya plugs should (can) I change the alligator clips to the Tamiya plugs. Sorry if this is a stupid question.

Well, you can change them to Tamiya plugs, but I don't see any reason to. Tamiya's plugs are actually about the worst of them all. They have a fairly large amount of resistance to them(which means voltage going through them is lost & turned into heat). However, there are connectors, like Deans Ultras & ones called Powerpoles(from a number of companies, like Sermos, Lightspeed, Duratrax, Racers Edge, etc.) that are just as good as the wire they're soldered onto, & I'd say if you must use plugs, then consider trying these. In any case, though, you really don't need to remove the alligator clips from your Millenium, they'll work fine for just about any kind of connection you use, & they are the most versatile way to do it(the clips really don't seem to detract from the charger's performance)..... :)
