New air compressor I got!yipppeee!!!!!

Hey gang!i was at home depot tonight looking for something else and ...long story short i bought this for my airbrushing.it was $99.99 plus tax plus & $11.99 for a water seperator!My brother in law suggested this model.it has more then enough psi's for airbrushing.plus it has a picture of a guy airbrushing models on it.(HEHEHE)It has six settings for a wide range of applications n one of the settings is for air brushing.Sweet!I was gonna buy the parts to fix my pancake compressor which would total like 35 bucks so he suggested if i spend that much ,u should by a new unit!which i did. Yeah after he told me what to get via Nextel , i brought it to his house n we checked it out real quick!he wants one for himself for his worktruck! :) i'll try to fiddle with the airbrushes i have now but next time i get apid,i will get a new airbrush, ia m leaning towards the paashe VL.here r some pics of my new toy!:

lol,no he hangs out n waits outside the trailer while i paint.Hes the best dog in the whole wide world, he also hangs out n watch me race my cars in front of my house!He is very obiedent n loyal!He my best! buddy!

Hey Fes! I'm glad you got a good compressor. Man, I was reading your other post about "no fire" and I felt bad for you. :( Now you've got one less thing to worry about!! :D So quit taking pics and get back to work, you slacker!!!! (I know, I should talk!! lol!!) Oh, and give Benji a pat on the head for me. He looks like a real good companion. I don't know about the hedgehog though....

thanks Mike-the hedgehog is his chew toy,we have to order a bunch of them off online cuz he chews them up sometimes but overall they last a while!

Thats the same compressor i have, i also got it from home depot its great for cleaning off your rigs and other neto stuff =]

i also got me a compressor (and airbrush), but first ill be probably learning for quite long time, one problem i have with my compressor is that its a bit loud (82dB) and shakes like hell, so maybe You got any ide to quiet it down a bit, cause i live in old flat, and my neighbours might not like it.
Ill post pictures when ill have it here, as well as my airbrush, but its a cheap chinese knock off

You can through some old towels and stuff over it, or put it in a box, that will muffle it a little bit. Get a long air hose and put the compressor as far away from your neighbors as posable.

its gots a lil noise 2 it but its qiuter than my pancake compressor,perosnally i dont think its that noisy

well i airbrush in a enclosed trailer.....u can hear it................it shouldnt be that noisy where people complain,it dont bother my mom.....i wish there was a decibal way to compare it.the noise ant that bad ,its torable n rmember it only builds pressure when the compressor kicks in.....
