I need to know if I should buy a used Electric Rustler or go for a new Nitro Rustler or Sport Se?
And how much should I pay for an electric Rustler that is used?

Do you have experience with R/C already? Electric will be simpler to operate than nitro, but you can go either way as long as you know what you're getting into. It comes down to preference. I dunno about the price of a used electric Rustler. Depends on what comes with it and stuff. I wouldn't pay more than $140 certainly, because you can get a new one for around that price. I'd say pay $100 or less, unless it comes with a lot of nice things.

It's usually easier to start off with Electrics, but with nitro, a little patience will pay off. I find both Electric and Nitro to be fun, but like nitro a little bit better because of realism.

I say get the electric. Nitros are fun but can be a pain at times. Also now you can, with a little $$$, make the electric truck be as fast as a nitro or even faster.

What else are you getting with the electric rustler? I hope some batteries, a charger and all the electronics.

I'm just going to stick with electric, less money to spend-no gas or parts-and I am just going to buy new cause i already have a charger and im going to buy some more batteries.
