R U sure it is the diff that is clicking? Could it possibly be a cross pin in your cvd's? Take out axles from diff outdrives and spin only the tranny. Still click? Hold one outdrive and turn other. Feel anything clicking? Let us know.

when i put my t3 together it did this. take the rear tires off and trim the bulkhead on the top and sides where it attached to the tree. that was my problem.

some times the ball cups can be hitting the wheels. Did you take time to build it nicely or just rush through?? You could have overlooked something when building. Oh yeah check the pinion spur gear mesh. I had a ticking sound the other day and found an extremelysmall rock stuck in between 2 teeth on spur.

I just built a FT T3 the other day, check the spacing of the CVD in the outdrives, in other words, move the metal shims around.. I had too many shims on the inside and not enough on the outside and it caused a click

Ok, I rebuilt it and followed the instructions VERY CAREFULLY! It still clicks!~ It only clicks when I turn though!

you mean when your driving and you TURN... it clicks? but not when ur going straight? thats not in your diff. man... thats the gears in ur servo. i had the same problem with my TC3. most likely, of this is the problem, your gears are stripped. go with Metal Geared servo's by Hitec.

It is the diff. I put my ear up to the case and can hear it. I took apart my servo, and it is just fin3!!!

Rustler Boy,
Do you know exactly where the clicking is coming from? Is it the diff?
