HPI wheels are 1mm offset!!??? is this ok?

I just got my HPI wheels today, and they have a 1mm offset(so the package says). Is this with the spacers or without??? Will it be ok to use on my FT TC3? Also, what are the spacers for?

I think those wheels should be ok. The spacers are for when you have a car that's noticeably narrower than 190mm(many Tamiya cars are that way, some as narrow as 183mm), & the spacers push the wheels out further to increase the car's track to the maximum legal width.... :)

Oh, & for your TC3, you shouldn't need the spacers, it should come out to about 190mm without any spacers..... :)
