What kind of discharge rate?

I know more is better, but what kind of discharge rate for LiPolys would I want for a quad motor E-maxx? What would the current draw be(about)?

Also, is there a way to only use one pack on an EVX?

It will depend on weight and desired speed, if the gearing and speed is kept stock then average draw is around 30 amps. I would recommend a battery that will deliver twice that at a constant rate.
