I was wondering, can you convert TC3 to TC4? or Can u use TC4 chassis with TC3 parts?

Not really, a few things are compatible, but most are not. You'd be just as well off to just buy a TC4....

NO! You cant!
If you have a TC3, just run it until the TC4's are all that beat you, then get a TC4.

There was a list of parts and part numbers that were needed to upgrade the TC3 to TC4 on the Associated website.

I guess technically you could, but you would need all of the following:
Chassis
Chassis braces
Steering rack
Motor mount(the one that bolts to the chassis)
Suspension arms & mounts
Hinge pins
Hub carriers/steering knuckles
Shock towers
Body posts maybe
You can use from your TC3:
Shocks
Bearings
Diffs & cases
CVDs (they will work but are a little smaller)
Motor mount cam and upper clamp
Driveshaft
That should be the majority of things, but there might be a few other misc odds and ends. If you could find somebody that upgraded their Team car with a graphite kit, you would be able to get a good majority of the parts for cheap.
