Schottky diode w/TEKIN G10 ESC?

Since the Tekin G10 has a schottky Diode built in, would there be any benefit of adding one to the motor or would it hurt performance? (I have 2 Novak 30amp diodes but I'm not sure if I should use one or not)

Well, I certainly wouldn't hurt to use an extra one, but it's not really neccessary, & I doubt you'd notice a difference in it's performance..... :)

The extra diode would help it keep cooler. The question is if it ever gets warm anyway.
