Mking a track

ok this it i, i live in PA, there barelly any tracks around me, so **** it, im making my own, im getting a ac TC4 touring car, and im going to make a track. but how?, i mean sumthing were its close, and wont get wrecked. like i was thinking of getting some barears from my XMOD custom track and use them, just make the inside of the track, and make no outside, that way i dont have to spend any money. Does anyone got any ideas, cuz i need a place to race cuz everywhere is to far, like an hour, or a hour and a half
