i think i killed my midnight 2 motor it was smoking and the wires are back in 1/3 of the motor i let i cool and now when i drive it it heats up my esc batterys and the motor in about 2 minutes and i think it needs a new armuture like a chamelon posabley or a whole new motor i wanted a new one anyway give it too me strait doc

SORRY i was just freaked out what i ment is the motor seems to have a loss in power and is heating all my electronics up and most or the winds look burnt

Just out of curiosity..Why do you think it got hot? As far as the condition the armature is in; It's toast, smoked, fried, burnt, torched, history! What is it you want to know exactly? :confused:

can i just replace the aruture instead of a new motor? or should i buy a new motor i might buy both too i just want to know if its worth my money even buy a new armuture or not

Replacing the armature would work great, but since it's not a rebuildable motor, it won't be easy (if doable). I suggest you buy a new rebuildable motor and go from there. Before you run it, you must figure out why you toasted it before you toast your new one.

it was old my midnight was from 98 so i think it was that and i drove my car wiht out leting the motor cool but my motor works still i am getting a new one but maybe i could make the worlds fastest hand held fan
