hello Im new to rc and Im having trouble with my new tc4 rtr as the car gets30feet away it starts jumping

I had this trouble with my TC4 RTR. First, is your antenna out of the body? I ask because mine was new in the box with the antenna laid down under the body shell. I rode like this for a few runs. There arent any resistors or whatever on the stock motor so that could be bad. Also are your transmitter batteries good? try these al least.
Also I was wondering ( to ALL TC guys ) my book says to put the ESC and the reciever as far from each other as possible. Is this really an issue, as they touch each other in the stock set up? Has anyone got an idea on how to move it? Maybe the ESC on the battery side? or on top of the top deck of a team car chassis???

Yes The antanna is out I also pulled all of it out of the car it was bunched up behind the servo.Ithinking about changing the radio & switch to F.M I cant get any help from tower hobbies ( where i bought it) or from team associated. there support is really BAD. Any help will be invited

is the metal antenna on the radio fully extended?

yes but I seem to have found the trouble. Its in the receiver.assoiated is sending one to replace mine THANKS !
