Want to paint some wheels...I have some ?'s

I have some wheels that I recieved in a trade that were orginally chrome but now its mosty discolored. I want to paint them an orange to accent my RB motor and some orange in the paint.

Now for the questions..

Do I need to sand the wheels down for the paint to stick?

Can I use a spray paint instead of an airbrush? If so what brand do you guys recommend

What else should I know before I attempt this..(this will be first time painting anything)

you can use regular paint, sanding always help. If they are plastic under the chrome look to see if there is close to the same color in a paint called fusion. its made to stick to plastic.

Use Krylon Fusion, as stated above me. It takes a few days to fully gas out though, and prep according to the can and you'll be fine.
