Can you please provide some info about your OS, Browser type, flash player version etc.

I use windows media player and my browser is mozilla firefox and I hhave no idea what a "OS" is.

OS = Operating system, which I believe you are using Windows OS.

Make sure that you have the most up-to-date flash plug-in.
