okay its wonderful here in georgia, the birds are out, the flowers blooming, cool breeze, and people working on their cars spilling oil everywhere. My neighborhood has a code on that, but the guy next door changes his own oil. anyway some of the oil dry stuff got washed into the street, and It got kicked up into my car. There was a small pebble in the gear that I found, but the motor ticks rythmically, and it doesn't feel hard to turn the shaft at all. I remember when I got it, it was hard to turn, now I can turn it with my finger... I have had the comm cut before, and the motor has maybe 10 runs on it... what gives?? help me out here guys..

did u open up the motor to see if there was an e-clip or something in it? clean the motor out with motor spray and see if it still clicks. do you here the clicking sound if the motor is atached to the car and with the motor runing out of the car? or dose the clicking stop when u take it out?

I agree, take out the motor, and see if the car clicks without the motor in it, if it does, then check the inside of the tranny, and try replacing the Spur gear, hey, they are like 3 bucks. The motor may be easier to turn because of a few things, The magnets are most definatley not as potent as they were new, all do this, some faster than others, because they may be overgeared and really mess up the magnets.

Also, if your magnets can move around, like the little clip that holds it in, check to see if that is not hittin the arm, or a magnet has not come loose.

good luck!
