Hello everyone. This is Todd from mainehobbyshop.com We are currently getting ready to open a R/C hobby shop in Winthrop, Maine. We have plans for an indoor carpet track and an offsite dirt track. I want to do something a little different from most owners and have input from racers before all the construction is completed. I want to build track's) that are fun to race and that people want to race on. I do not want to put ANY local business out of a job, nor do I want to take their customers away. I want to work with them to improve R/C'ing in Maine. With the cost of Gas and all that goes with it Racing the real thing has become way to expensive for the little guy. R/C racing to me might be the next best thing. If you live in Maine and want to help out please send me an e-mail and let me know what you could do to help. todd@cmxsonline.com

Winthrop is about 10 miles west of Augusta (state cap). I have had a good responce from people around here, and we are now looking at doing a circut of tracks. I hope it all works out myself!!
