Look dude, thats a great truck to start with even race novice. youre even lucky to get a kit with an esc back when I started you had to get combo kit and build it yourself oh and NO ESC. And the kits were awful compared to todays standards.

Not bad. I just got started in R/C about 3 months ago. I have a T3 and have been practicing when I can. I have raced once and got 3rd (only enough guys showed up for 1 class so I had to race against stock and pro stock). They're having the NORRCA Winter Nationals at the track I go to so I'm going for it. Of course, I'm going to race novice. Good luck with your truck.:)

Dude I am getting a MF XXXT friday from socal, anyways its my birthday and I am going to run my pieced together xxt. They cost 219 advertised on the web alot cheaper than my LHS. I still support my LHS but I also like getting a good deal.
