Center the steering and put the front wheels up against a flat wall. Use a camber gauge or motor spray bottle(the bottle would be 0*) horizontaly against the wall. Its the same as measuring camber but, flat.
buy a guage, I think RPM makes a good cheap one.

I have an RPM gauge and it is so confusing to use especially if you loose the instructions. What I did is take tow peices of paper and tape them to gether so they are longer. Then draw a straight line down the center of the paper, long ways. Then draw a 90 degree line about 4 inches from the top that intercepts the straight line. Then just make marks on the paper with a protracter. line up the center of the rear wheel on the long line, them line up the frot axel so it is right over the junction of the two lines and mesure tow in tow out. It is a little confusing but it works for me.
