JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF A DIFFERENCE IN HANDLING WOULD THE 24MM JACOS DO TO MY XXXS IN VERSUS 28MM? RUNNING IN STOCK TOURING.

Actually, I think you mean 24 compared to 26mm(not 28, there are none for 1/10 scale TC's)..In stock, you really shouldn't need to worry about using a wider tire, there should be plenty of grip available with 24mm tires. The big difference between them is in the contact patch, a wider tire typically has a contact patch that's wider across, but not as thick(for lack of a better word), so it may give more side bite, but less forward grip. 24mm tires generally have a more rounded contact patch, more equal in both ways, so it would have a bit more forward bite without a huge sacrifice of side bite. The biggest difference, though is in the weight of the wheel/tire/insert combo & its rolling resistance, which in the 26mm tire is going to be more than in 24mm(& in stock class racing you look for every edge that you can get, including reducing weight & rolling resistance)..... :)
