RC10T3 Diff.

Hey Guys,
My dad has a RC10T3 sport kit. I had to rebuild the diff on it. I've gotten so used to Losi's I forgot how to set the diff just right? Thanks.

I actually just built one of the T3's, so I happen to remember, but it is tighten to the point that the spring is compressed (watch out for the little plastic "nut" as it can go too far sometimes.) and then back it off 1/8 of a turn.

lock the two outdrives with allen wrenches in the slots and if you can turn the diff it is too loose. tighten it until it does not slip. THe backing it off i/8 turn rarely works for me.

As for the 1/8 turn, you are correct in that it is a starting point, but I have not had any problems with it yet...but I have only ran a handful of packs through it. It will depend on the surface you are running the truck on as well!!
