lathe/battery question

I need to know what I need to do to make my 6-cell trinity zip pack into a 4-cell lathe drive motor. Do I just cut the shrink wrap and remove the bottom 2 cells? If so, do I then use the battery bar from those 2 cells for the bottom of the pack? Do i need to use a new battery bar instead? :confused:

Well, you could use the battery bar, in theory. But since it's welded on, it may not come up in one piece. In that case, get a new battery bar, or just use a piece of wire and solder it on.
