good charger

everyone at my track seems to have one of them turbo charger things all i have is a duratrax intelpeak and it false peaks alot and takes awhile to charge a battery, besides that 300 dollar turbo thingy what else is a goos top end charger?

Personally, I love my Intellipeak, but if you don't like yours, the Novak Millenium is the most popular top-end charger.

Only 1 guy has the Turbo 30 at our track and he's sponsored :D , us common people have the Apex Sigma Plus, Duratrax Intellipeak, Vision Peak, Tekin something, and a few still have the timer chargers.

Go for a Millennium I have one it works great. and ya alot of people at my the track where I race also use Competiton Electronics turbo 35 charger but the only reason is, is because it also discharges but hey for 400$ I would buy 2 Millenniums and a orion digtal discharger.

how much is a milenium? my intelepeak is the deluxe model i also havethe original but i blew a capaicter in it and it charges really bad now, my duratrax chargers also heat my batterys up pertty good too im gonna get some sort of fan

i have a Vision Peak and it works good, but i think it false peaks also. when ever it says its full charged... i take it out and go for a run with my truck. the truck drives slow and acts like its the battery that is dead. i think i may get a turbo charger or double.

The Millenium is around $140 or so at Tower. But you'll also need a power supply (though I suppose you could adapt the Intellipeak one somehow).

you can find used b112c Tekin chargers that are AC/DC and nearly indestructible. great chargers. I think Tower carries them new. cheaper than millenium with power supply, and can run a b112a, which is the same but DC only. anyway, those are my favorites. I must admit I see more and more Milleniums now.

i have a vision peak and its ausom the one problem i dont like the expensive ones are only dc you cant plug them in the wall :mad:
