Yes it's GOOD!
I use it in my Stampede with Integy Matrix 17T, it's hardly get warm! with 2400 battery it lasts about 12 - 15 min.

I thought the blast was for stock motors?

I would say for the money go for an LRP or a NOVAK they are very reliable and are worth the extra 10$ or 15$ in my opinion plus you will get 1 touch set up which is much more convienent. And yes the blast is for stock motors but that is only a reccomendation.... you do not nessisarly have to follow the recomendations.

as wannabe said, spend the extra $10-15 and get an lrp or novak, like the runner or explorer. these esc's are much better and you'll be glad you spent the extra cabbage

it's gonna take a bit more cash than 10 bucks to go from a blast to a rooster (novak's cheapest reversable esc)...

if you plan on running in reverse very much.. a p-2-k probably isn't your best bet...

why??

because it has 24 degrees of advanced timing in foward to make it fast... but when run in reverse that becomes 24 degrees of retarded timing...

electric motors don't like being run with retarded timing....

so you may want to consider a high turn mod.. like a Trinity Speed Gem 17-19 turn.... (their timing is normally set at 0 degrees so they can be run in reverse no problem..)

peace out... :)
