I have found that if you blow the baloon up first then cut off the lip it is easier. if the inside of the baloon is wet from blowing it up then turn the baloon inside-out. you can complete the waterproofing with zip ties. i have yet to try it with the ties that are paper with the metal running through it. i THINK that it MIGHT cause the some radio interference THOUGH IM NOT SURE.

also if your gonna be running in the rain make sure you have a WATERPROOF servo!
