I am new here and at eletric r/c's. But I think I wont to get into electric touring car racing. I am interested in the TC3 and Yokomo MR-4 TC pro. I am willing to pay.
I have owned a Nitro Stampede so im not new at r/c's.

I would go with the associated tc3, shaft driven so you dont have to mess with any belts, has better part support and has faster accel. go with associated.

Hmmmmmmmm, well, I will say, TC3, mainly cuz the same thing the guy above said.
I went for the yokomo, the belts are not a problem, the car is fast and handles great, getting parts has never been a problem, plus its track record can't be touched by anything since it was put on the market.

Where are you gonna get parts? Take that into consideration. What does your LHS carry? Or are you gonna always have to order on-line?

Parts availability is a big factor, but also hop ups and tech support are important to me. I went with the TC3.

i would go tc3, A its shaft, and B all tc's have durability problems (cept for the pro2) and the tc3 can be cured with some extra arms, and all of the brp stuff (bumpers and nerf bars) also its a great car and VERY easy to work on. but if you like belts go with the yok,

Ae,
Personally I have had both and I like the handling of the Yoke a little more.
What type of track are you going to run the car on?? The TC3 will be faster in terms of acceleration, but the Yoke can take turns faster. As for the belt drive? I have only had to replace one, and that was because I got a stone in the rear belt without one of the covers in place.

Well I have been looking at some local tracks here in north carolina. I wont pavement more than carpet. My local hobby store is HobbyTown USA in Raliegh. They carey a lot of stuff from air planes to nitro r/c trucks and diecast collectable's.
Which kit do you think I need, "Team" or "Racer"?(TC3)

Go with team, you will probly end up with the hop ups anyway so this will save you money, if you buy them seperetly it will cost you twice as much.

Get the TC3 FT. No belts to mess around with, and an all over great TC.!
