I've read it is best to remove the P2k Pro capacitors from the endbell. Does anyone have info on where they are at? I took it all apart and still don't see them. They must be small eh? Pictures, anyone have pictures or a link to pictures of the endbell and it's caps? Thanks, Mikedude :)

Why would you remove the capcitators?

The caps are there all right but they're the surface-mount type - they don't look like normal capacitors. If you look closely between where the copper brush hoods join the black plastic bit in the middle, at one end you'll see a tiny spring-like thing through the gap. That's what's holding the cap in. If you took the endbell totally apart, chances are they fell out anyway.
But as tc3guy said, why do you want to take them out ? Then you'll only have to put some external caps on. So far I've had no problems with my P2K's caps. Lots of motors come with SMC caps these days, it's a great idea.
If you're still looking for pics, RCCA a couple issues back had an article to do with stock motors where they showed the caps.... pretty vague I know but I don't have any of my RCCA's handy to check for you....

I found them, the reason I was considering taking them out is I am getting glitching problems and looking at all possible solutions. If I remove them I would solder on externals. I actually bought another p2k during my lunch today so I will try a whole different motor. Thanks.

Your glitching is probably being caused by something else rather than the caps. I ran my P2K motor numerous times without glitching.
