Any RC simulation software for PC?

Does anyone know of or used any racing simulation software (shareware, commercial etc.) for Windows?

I have the "demo" Virtual RC from Serpent, but I don't think they ever release a full version. None of the other commercial racing simulations that I have played (NFS, Nascar) have a good "overhead" view that would better simulate RC racing.
