Need tc3 steering rack help!!!

my steering rack got apart...whats the easiest way to get access to the streering rack w/o taking apart the whole car???
is there an easy way to take out the driveshaft???cause thats the only thing thats blocking it...thanx!

the only way to remove the driveshaft is too remove the front diff case :rolleyes:

Just remove the 6 top diff cover screws & you should be able to lift the cover up enough to remove the pinion shaft & drive shaft. R.W.

make sure u dont loose anything that is inside the hole when the shaft goes into... i know that there are 2 of these holes, but there are little circular spacers thgat cushion the shaft. just make sure u dont loose any of that stuff.

There is only a small red o-ring in the rear flange. Nothing in the front one will fall out. R.W.
