I got a gp3300 ($25) and a fast charger($40) at radio shack. Are these any good? Can anybody give me some info on these? Has anybody bought these before?

The battery pack is definitely a good choice. GP3300's are great cells. The charger looks like it will work fine, but I couldn't find any good specs on it. It should work but I'm curious to know if it will charge GP3300's fast enough and well enough. It would be much more convenient if you had some adjustability with your charger.

We have some local racers that use these 3300's all the time....not matched, but does the job for clubracing....

I got some of those RS batteries for bashing in my pede. They work great. They aren't super fast but for $25 they are a fanastic deal.
Not so sure about that charger. Is your charger able to do NiMH batteries? I saw a charger in there but it was for NiCD only. If not dont use it or you will hurt your cells. For $40 you could pick up an intellipeak or dynamite prophet plus that is designed for NiMH from tower or something.

GP3300 cells are proven and reliable so there are no issues there.

It says on the charger that it can charge gp3000 and gp3600 nimhs, doesn't say anything about gp3300 nimhs, but i'm sure it will be fine. i'll let you know if i have any problems.
