Hi folks, I just bought a Millenium from the USA and was wondering what kind of profile/setup I should use to charge my Fantom 1700's? I know I will charge these at 5amps but need to know what Voltage Threshold I will need.

I use 12mV per cell for Nicads, and 4mV per cell for Nimh.

Is that a little high? I heard someone using 12mv/cell with 2400's and they were getting really hot at 4.5amps.

No. 12mV x 6 cells = 72mV per pack.

72mV = 0.072 volts. 0.07 dropback volts is fine for a 6 cell pack.
