Okay, right now, I have a stick battery for my Tamiya Blazing Star, but I am looking into the new HPI RS4 Pro 3, which uses battery cells, if that is what they are called. Is my 7.2v battery charger that I use for my stick battery fine to charge cells? Or do I need to buy a completely new charger? Also, does anyone have any information on the RS4 Pro 3? Hopefully, it will come in a kit for a decent price, without the motor, batteries, and radio, as I like to select that stuff myself. Does anyone know the price of the kit for the RS4 Pro 3? Also, is it still on track for a release this April?

The only question that I might be able to answer is the one about the batteries. The individual cells are made into a saddle pack usually totalling 6 cells. Basically the only differance between what you are using now and what you will need to use is an introduction to a soldering iron. When you figure out how to solder batteries let me know because I sure haven't. http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/biggrin.gif I have been looking for someone to start selling prebuilt saddle packs but haven't found any yet.
Where did you find out about the RS4 Pro 3? I have been hearing a lot about it on this BB.

Your charger is probably ok - if it is a peak detection model then it'll be ok. If it's old and can only charge at lower current (3 amps or less) then it's probably worthwhile upgrading to a better one, considering that you're upgrading big with the RS4 and make-your-own packs.
If you're going to buy NiMh cells, then your charger will need to specifically handle NiMh cells, and by the sound of it your current unit won't.

Ammoace, Trinity make pre-assembled saddle packs.
