Hey guys,

My T3 has a Dynamite Powerpulse ESC, a 2000 Ultra Sport Battery, 17/87 gearing (pinion / spur) and a Speed Gems 2 15t Quad

here's the deal, i don't have enough run time to run a full race! it is half dead after 3 laps! anyone know what may be causing my insanely low run time???

Thanks http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/smile.gif

Are you geared correctly for your local track, or maybe your batterys are not holding a full charge. Try gearing down and ask somebody with a circuit tester to check your batterys.

If the gearing is correct for your track and you still can't make the full race try to get some 3000 packs. Everyone who runs mod at my track uses them (I even use them in stock qual rounds because they have a consistant power level for the full race). Buy/try someone's used packs before - see if it makes a difference. Also, what type of charger are you using? Are you sure you're not getting a false peak?

That doesn't sound right.......I use a D4 9x3 with a UN-MATCHED 2000 pack and I still get 5 minutes out of them, and 8 minutes with a P2K pro. What kind of charger do you have? That could be the problem. If you don't have a "PEAK" charger I would sugjest you ask some one at your track to charge it for you.

How old are the Batteries? If your charger can't handle 3000s then maybe it will at least handle 2400s. Are you running bearings or bushings? There might be something causing an extra load on your T3 either electrical or mechanical.

If you have timed charger thats probably whats causing the problem. Go to the LHS and get yourself a $30 pek charger it will make a difference. Also get a dicharger the bulb type. When you discharge your pack you should let it dicharge them until the bulbs are a dark orange. Don't discharge them until the lights go out just before that. Hope this helps.
