TC3 Questions

I have some TC3 questions:

1. I have a AM radio, and I need a little better receiver for my car, what is good and will fit in the tight space of a TC3.

2. I use Yokomo Med. Slicks w/ Med insterts. How often will I have to buy tires, and what is the average lifetime of these tires.

Well, I know #1. Novak. They make great Rx's and they are small. You'll be happy with one of those.

The amount of life on your tires depends on what you are doing with them. I race three nights a week, on carpet. Two to three heats and a main event. These conditions are extremely demanding and I manage to get about one month to one and a half months on a set of tires. I then sell the used tires to novice drivers and they get an additional few weeks out of them.
The point is, that if you do not abuse your tires, i.e. hit walls, pipes, curbs, or other cars you can make the rubber last quite a while. Hitting things cracks your wheels and will deminish your tires lives considerably.
