View Full Version : Derek? Can you help me? MIP CVD Trouble...
I read an article in the 2001 Buyers Guide(Bulletproof your vehicle) and I was wondering about #7. Heat-Shrink CVDs. I keep losing pins, and I was wondering what size heat shrink tubing I should use on my RC10T3 FT. I dont want to buy something too small, wo what size heat shrink tubing should I buy??!?! I have the standard CVDs. Also, what part number replaces the CVD pins. If possible, i want to skip pending the 8.50 for the rebuild kit for two measly pins. This stuff isn't cheap!!

If you go to Radio Shack, they sell heat shrink tubing in an assortment packs for cheap. Although, it's the vinal type. Here's a search for different types and prices from their website.

Hmm...thanks everyone. Broken_parts, what size heat shrink are you using? I want to buy the propper size. Stuff isn't cheap if you can't use it...
