Hi everyone,

I bought a DuraTrax Mini Quake this past December. I did not like the fact that the charger has no auto cut off. This made me have to be right there when my charge came to the three hour mark. After doing this many, many times I started thinking. I thought about making an adapter for my peak chargers, but they do not have a low enough amp output setting.

Then it dawned on me... Why not just use a normal plug in timer? I have some laying around and it works great. I just set the timer so that it will turn off in three hours. This will probably work for any mini charger that does not have an auto cut off. Now I do not have to worry about being right there when the battery is done. I just set it and take the battery off when I get to it. This will get me by until I buy a nicer chager.

Just thought I'd share that tip with everyone. Here is my Mini Quake by the way. She's bone stock for now... Not for long though. There is usually a lot of snow here right at this time of year. It looks like spring to me ( :( )...
