how do i break in my new motor

can someone please tell me the easiest way to break in a new motor please.As i dont really know much about it all.Dont know if it makes any difference but it is a tamiya super stock type rz :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

2 mins at 3V .. check and reseat brushed if needed... repeat twice.
