battery question

i msellign some batteries and i plug them into my charger. if the trickle light goes off that means they work and are nto shorted out right.

Can you clarify that a little, how long are they left plugged into the charger, what type of batteries are they and type of charger - name brand is possible.

i mean once you plug them in the trickle light goes on. its detecting the battery. they are sanyo cells with a hobbico 900 charger. im just wondering if they are shorted cause if the light goes on it shouuld mean its not.

ok, you want to know if this battery pack is still good, after assembling them wrong. You think they are ok, because when you plug the pack into the charger, the trickle light comes on? I'm not an expert, but i don't think that the trickle light comming on is any indication on the packs health. Hope this helps a bit
