Will the proline velocity wheels fit my Traxxas Rustler if not can I make them fit?

no i dont think so
the velocity whells are for touring(on road cars only). i don't know how you would change them to fit a rustler

sorry i was wrong
they are touring car wheels but they are also truck wheels.check if the rear and front wheel mounts are anthing like the Associater T2 or T3. If they are the same, then get those wheels.if they are like the Losi XXT CR, then get those ons instead.if they arent like either, then you might be out of luck
