I've been trying to adjust it properly according to the manual. Whenever I turn the wheel to the left, I notice the steering servo linkage touches the drive shaft.

How do I avoid that ? Or is it a defect ?

I don't think it is a defect, unless it is a defect with your parts only. My TC3 doesn't do that and I have never heard of the problem with any others. Maybe you need to use a different servo horn? Shorter one maybe?

Also, remember that the wheels turn more to the right than to the left at full throw, this is to counteract the sideways torque created by the front-back mounted motor and driveshaft. Don't do as others have done and grind on your steering components on the left front end.

What kind of servo are you using? In larger servos this can and does happen. Assuming that it's the plastic ballend that's rubbing on the shaft, just take a "small" amount of material off of the area that's hitting. This solved my problem.

If it's the actual servo horn hitting the shaft, is it doing this when you turn the wheels with the radio or when you do it by hand? More than likely if it's doing it when you turn the wheels by hand it won't when you use the radio as servos don't seem to have the same amount of "throw" this way.
