hello everybody
i saved up alot of money for new components to my wild willy 2
im thinking about MIP CVDs.which one out of the three would be the best and worst.I'm also thinking of upgrading to an esc and new motor.I've decided on a Novak esc and Speed Gems 2 Sapphire motor. Do i need comm drops and if so, how do you use them. Which esc(reverse, forward or profileable) would be the best for this application(i don't race it,just play with it).and would this motor suit my application(assuming the super roster is too expensive for me). I am also thinking about tires. Are there tires that you can use the wild willy 2? If so, are there proline ones that can be used. I am sort of new to this,so i appologize for any incorrect terminology i have used. I have an Airtronics Rival Sport radio and the servo and receiver that comes with it. Thanks go out to everyone who can help me with this because i am confused.

Thanks

I would suggest bearings if it doent already have them. Then an esc and then a better motor.

I've also got something else to add. How do I put the gear from my stock motor onto the Speed Gems 2 Sapphire. Do i need a drill or do i just remove the gear and put it on the new one on and secure the screws back in?
Help me please!!!! http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/smile.gif

I think you are talking about the pinion gear, the small metal gear that is on the end of the motor output shaft. If that is the one you are talking about, there should be a small grub-screw in the shaft of the motor, use an allen wrench to loosen the screw and the pinion gear should slide right off the motor shaft.

I also have another thing to add. I have the duratrax ball bearings, so i don't need bearings for the transmission.
