Thanks for asking. All the gear for the TC3 arrived on Wednesday. I will be working on it today and tomorrow. I have so many things to do at school that I'm limited on free time. I'm also in the process of researching mountain bikes with my girlfirend. Man their expensive!!! The car should be ready on Saturday. I'll keep you posted.

Teach - TAKE YOUR TIME! :) :)

I know you are anxious, but it took me 5 days to build my TC3, and I have built many cars before. I resolved to only work 3 hours or so a day, and was very careful to follow the manual in every detail.

Doing it this way helped me build a car that was truly ready to run the first race. No frustrating mistakes. Also, I think it helped my memory not building it too fast, which comes in handy when things break and you have to take the car apart.

Teach: I haven't been keeping up on all the posts lately, so can you tell me about all the equipment you finally decided on?

Ya, what toys did you decide on. Motor? Radio? ESC? Batteries? Charger? Etc????
P.S. Like we all said, take your time! If you get to a spot that is giving you trouble, get away from your bench, take a few swats and relax for a little to think it through. Oh yeah, "their" should be "they're"! Gotta teach those kids right!

Hey guys, thanks for putting up with all my questions. I got the following items:
P2K, LRP F1, Maxx Paxx, Futaba Magnum Jr (AM), Intellipeak Digital, & Robinson 28T pinion gear. That's all my budget could afford. Don't worry I will definitely take my time. Thanks for all the advice. If there is anything else I need to know please feel free to tell me. Thanks again!!!
PS You got me combones! 1st rule I tell my students; Even teachers make mistakes.
