What's wrong with my time warp battery pack?

About 5 weeks ago I bought a Trinity Time Warp 1900mah battery pack. I have always used my peak charger to charge it and always drove car till discharged. Today when I try to charge it peaks about one minute later. I have tried to discharge and recharge several times, but same thing happens. What's gone wrong, or what did I do?

A false peak, my friend. After it "peaks," just hit the charge button again. Keep doing this until the battery becomes warm. Then discharge it, and charge it again (make sure it get's warm). Do this a few times to try and revive your battery. You may have harmed it by discharging when it hadn't been fully charged.
