Im making some stick packs, and I need to know how to bend the battery bars. Do I just use pliers and physically bend it? Or will that snap it? And how many times do I fold it back and forth??

it will snap. I dont think u can make battery packs in the convetional since. You have to have little meatal strips (tin i think) and have a they use spot welding to make the packs. Dont bother with it, it is a waste of your time. The side-by-side packs are better.

If your making stick packs, your life will be a lot easier if you buy Trinity's Stick Pack building kit. It comes with the strips of metal (you can solder them on), a shotgun tube, end caps, and heat shrink (probably a connector, too).

Don't make stickpacks! It's just plain wrong! It's immoral, unethical, and goes against everything we believe in! Friends don't let friends build stick packs. Thank you.

The problem is I need them to fit in a TC3 and a TLO1, so the Stick pack is the only way, a Side by Side wont fit in my TL01. Unless anyone knows how to make a side by side fit in a TL01, I have to make Stick packs.
