FYI, I did a search

I read too many different sides on charging Tx batteries via Tx charging jack. I'm sick of pulling out the cover, picking each AA battery out, charging 4 at a time on my 30 min charger, and putting it back in. I'd rather charge at a slow rate on my peak charger and let it do the rest. Plus, it's better for the batteries, in terms of longevity, to be charged at a low rate. Anyway, can I charge batteries via charging jack with my peak charger (brain 959?) I'm only planning to go max 1amp, or maybe just .5amp. I'm basically going to rig a deans connector to fit the male end. Anyone doing this method successfully?

To charge transmitter packs (cells) I do it 3-4 ways. Futaba systems I use the TX/RX charger that trickle charges the batteries in 16 hours or so even receiver packs. For fast charging get the AA eight cell holder from Radio Shack solder a plug /adaptor to end and fast charge between .05 to .50 amps. For packs with a specifc plug end (Fut, KO, Air) plug Tower or Radio Mfg sell adaptor plugs that you attach to a regular charger and the other end plugs into transmitter charging jack or remove battery tray and use a compatible plug conversion.
Most radio manufacturers sell the TX/RX trickle chargers separate.

By any chance, would you happen to know if the Aggressor srx has a diode that limits peak chargers from charging Tx batteries? Basically, all i want to do is charge my Tx batteries, using my peak charger (Brain 959), without having to take them out. I made a similar adapter that tower sells for air/hitec. I really don't want to use those plugin chargers that they sell for ~$20.

I am not sure, as mine are Futaba. Rather than using a adaptor from regular charger to radio socket I use the 8cell holder, since most of them are loose AA cells.
