Help Me!!!

I have a losi xxxt with a It used to run great, but now i hear a grinding noise in the gearbox and the truck doesnt move when i pull the trigger. I have bought 3 new diffs thinking that is the problem but it apparently isnt. The guys at my hobby shop are no help at all! they are mostly into Touring cars. i think i need new gears in the transmission. Could anyone give me their opinon on the problem? is it possible for me to buy a whole new tranny? :confused:

have u opened it up to look inside, and does the motor work outside the car, what about the clutch, is it in good shape?

motor does work not sure about clutch but those stupid little L wrenches stripped all my screws to get in the case

how much play do you have on the gear and the motor, if to tight it will bind and run hard, but u are more likelly to open the trans to find a problem in there. the first thing about fixing something is getting started, open it up, dont be afraid if its not broken it will go back easelly, if broken, u will see it. so, fix it...

the motor doesnt have too much play or anything like that, ive been racing this for 2 years and now all of a sudden somethin just went wrong, other than grinding a slot in the allen screw anyone know a way (or tool) i can use to get them out?

craftsman screw out, a rotary tool with a cut off wheel, the l wrench glued in to the screw. get it out, tear it apart and rebuild it. then get a good set of hex drivers
