Hi, I bought a set of Pentagon shocks for my TC3. The mounting is a bit confusing. The open ball ends are aluminum as are the pillow balls (those of you who have seen Pentagon shocks will understand) and if I mount the shocks as shown in the manual, they tend to slide off the pillow balls if I give them a little push. Anyone used these shocks and mounted them without any problems? Thanks.

Jason,

I used them as well, and they are really nice shocks if properly built, but everyone had a problem with them leaking over time.

As far as install, I didn't have a problem with them with the provided pillow-ball, but you need to use a longer screw to fasten it down tightly.

I would suggest not putting these on your TC3 as they stock shock bodies have the adjustable collar, which the Pentagons do not, and that alone is was enough of a different for me to change back...Greg ;)
